ABOUT ALORSFAIM

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Paris, ALORSFAIM is a one-stop service platform that uses internet technology and big data as its core drivers to provide online restaurant takeaways, grocery delivery and other life services to consumers. Following our successful seed-round fund-raising in 2021, our ambition is to becoming the most recognized brand for online superstore and food delivery service in the Asian community in Europe. We are currently looking for a Purchase Specialist across a variety of functions. As our grocery ordering and delivery business has been skyrocketing, we would need you to join us to make another glorious history.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for selecting, quantifying, and purchasing certain dried goods and frozen products, and tracking the entire process from successful procurement to product launch.
2. Responsible for product price negotiation, pricing, and tracking sales performance while providing sales recommendations.
3. Maintain relationships with suppliers, follow up on invoices and payments, and develop new suppliers.
4. Conduct online and offline competitor benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness and comprehensiveness of platform products.

• REQUIREMENTS

1. Bac+4 or above, internship (preferably a graduation internship) / CDD / CDI.
2. Native or fluent Chinese, excellent French (capable of oral and written negotiations), and English at B2 level or above.
3. Passion for the food industry, love for food, and enjoyment of cooking.
4. Strong data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with strong independence and learning ability.
