Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

Mission:
Typology has built great digital products to support its important growth online. In this context, your mission as a Growth Product Manager is to drive product-led growth initiatives across Typology’s markets and channels. This pivotal role in the Tech team will focus on customer acquisition, retention, and overall product performance (Typology subscription and personalised diagnostic prescription), ensuring our digital offerings continue to scale efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Growth Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and optimise strategies for product growth by leveraging data, user feedback, and testing. Identify growth opportunities and prioritise experiments that enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Feature Ownership: Own the end-to-end development of growth features, from ideation to execution and post-launch analysis. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure features are designed to maximise engagement and conversion.
- UI/UX Leadership: Drive user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) enhancements for both the website and mobile applications. Collaborate with internal teams and manage external freelancers and agencies to deliver seamless, user-friendly designs that drive conversions and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Merchandising, Customer Care, Acquisition, Influence, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives that are aligned with the product roadmap. Ensure seamless integration of growth features and enhancements into the core product.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse user behaviour, identify patterns, and leverage insights to optimise the product funnel. Use A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Product Quality Assurance (QA): Oversee the QA process to ensure all product updates are thoroughly tested and meet the highest quality standards before release. Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Experimentation and Testing: Run growth experiments across acquisition channels, product features, and customer segments to identify high-impact growth levers. Iterate quickly and ensure fast learning cycles.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Strong understanding of product management principles with an emphasis on growth.
- Strong analytical skills and be data-driven and methodical
- Genuine curiosity and willingness to fearlessly question assumptions and challenge the status quo
- Experience with data analysis tools (notably Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery) and AI technologies (LLM)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g. AB tasty)
- Experience with UI/UX, wireframe and prototyping with the ability to identify and reduce friction in the user experience
- Familiarity with acquisition and retention tactics across different channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate growth opportunities and solutions.
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in a product management role, with a focus on growth.
- A proven track record of driving product growth and improving key metrics (acquisition, retention, engagement).
- Experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally in e-commerce or B2C environments.
- Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Fluent in English is a must; French is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable projects
