Founder’s Associate Internship (6 months)

Vision and Context

Energy is one of the defining challenges of the 21st century. To deal with climate change, biodiversity loss and ensure social fairness, we must rethink how we produce and use energy.
Tilt envisions a 100% electric world powered by decarbonized energy, where everyone can contribute to ensuring affordable electricity prices. By unlocking demand-side flexibility at scale, we aim to decarbonize heating, mobility, and the electrical grid while fostering a sustainable, low-carbon future.

Our Mission

Tilt is building an innovative platform to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy and empower citizens to take control of their energy consumption. By managing distributed energy resources (DERs) such as HVAC systems, heat pumps, smart thermostats, and EV chargers, we enable dynamic electricity control and improve energy efficiency. Our primary objective is to facilitate large-scale demand response, reducing reliance on fossil fuels during peak times and unlocking the potential of millions of behind-the-meter devices.

Why Join Us?

Joining our team means diving into the dynamic world of a high-impact energy startup. You'll work closely with the founders and industry experts on both strategic and commercial projects.
