Regulatory & Spectrum Lead, ITU, Health & Safety (m/f/d)

Focus: Own and drive TerraSpark's regulatory pathway, covering spectrum, health, and safety, to ensure the company remains investable and on track for deployment. Specifically, ensure TerraSpark is on the ITU agenda by 2027, enabling frequency allocation by ~2031, while proactively addressing health and safety concerns associated with wireless power transmission.

What you'll do:

• Own the ITU strategy: process, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder mapping.
• Drive actions required to get TerraSpark's topic onto the ITU agenda.
• Engage with relevant regulators, institutions, and national representatives.
• Define and align safety, spectrum, and regulatory framing internally and externally.
• Advise leadership on regulatory implications of technical and commercial decisions.
• Deliver a clear, credible path to ITU agenda inclusion.
• Establish active engagement with the right ITU-related stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory risk is understood and proactively managed.

What you bring:

• Legal background in telecom, spectrum, space, or energy regulation.
• Prior experience with ITU or comparable international regulatory bodies.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulation in complex technical domains.
• Existing relationships and process knowledge in international regulatory environments.
• Comfortable operating in long-cycle, high-stakes, politically sensitive contexts.
