Job Description

As Junior Treasury Analyst, you will join a small and dynamic team. You will be directly reporting to the Group Treasurer with a global scope.

Main activities:

• Preparing and executing the payments.
• Daily contact coordination with our bank partners to secure payments, manage our bank accounts, our financing and investments positions.
• Coordinating and managing the payment on behalf process (netting, current accounts evolution analysis, …)
• Coordinating our hedging programs (FX, Rate and Commodities) activities with our bank partners (confirmations, MtM analysis, hedging efficiency testing)
• Running and producing treasury reports for our management (cash KPI, FX, interco and external financing, investments, cash forecast, …)
• Supporting the treasury system (Kyriba) users on their diverse subjects (accounting reconciliation, automatic statement delivery, interfaces, payments, system optimization, …)
• Configuring and developing our in-house treasury system modules (netting, FX, loan, administration, data integration like Refinitiv or SWIFT, …)
• Treasury tool administrator: KYRIBA, Refinitiv, SWIFT and banking platforms.
• Supporting the group entities and transversal functions: cash pooling, netting, bank accounts, loans, bank powers, banking platforms, working capital, …
• Manage all the necessary controls to be in line with our Treasury Policy and Compliance.
• Make the link between our SAP project team and the treasury function.

Qualifications

Education:

- Finance or business administration University degree (Bachelor level)

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken with French speaking knowledge.

- Strong information system skills, including excellent Excel and Power BI knowledge.

Working experience: minimum 2 years or at least, first experience in teasury.
