The Denmark, Revenue Marketing team at Shine

At Shine, we drive growth through strategic partnerships and performance-driven channels. We combine brand, community, sales, GTM activities and commercial relationships into measurable results. We have existing partnerships and affiliate activities in place. Your focus will be to review, optimize, and reactivate these, while identifying new opportunities to scale further.

Your role as a Partnerships & Affiliate Lead, Denmark

This is a hybrid role combining two closely connected responsibilities: Partnerships and Affiliate management in Denmark. You will be responsible for both building strategic partnerships and scaling our affiliate channel as a performance engine. A key part of your role is to review existing setups, reactivate inactive partners, and unlock new growth opportunities.

You will own the full partner ecosystem from analysis and reactivation to onboarding, activation, optimization, and scaling. You will collaborate closely with Danish team members (mostly in Danish) across performance channels, content, community manager, GTM and segment lead, ensuring alignment, driving execution, and maximizing impact across all growth initiatives. You’ll collaborate with European Affiliate and Partnership teams (in English) to apply best practices, leverage learnings and improve efficiencies.

📍 Job located in Denmark, Copenhagen with the possibility of two remote working days per week.

What You'll Be Doing:

From day one, you'll make your mark.

You won't be eased in slowly. From the start, you'll dig into our existing partnerships and affiliate activities sizing up what's working, spotting what isn't, and identifying the opportunities that others have missed. You'll refresh partner materials to reflect the Shine brand, and use that momentum to reactivate dormant relationships and reignite partnerships that have gone quiet. It's your foundation and you get to build it your way.

You'll bring order to complexity — then push for better.

You'll get under the hood of our existing deals, agreements, and partnerships, building a clear picture of where we stand. Then comes the part you'll relish: negotiating smarter commercial terms. Commission structures, exclusivities, placements you'll know what good looks like and won't stop until we get there.

Day to day, you'll own the full engine.

You'll run partner activation through campaigns, incentives, and exclusive initiatives, working within our CRM to manage prospects and existing customers alike. Performance metrics, CPC, CPA, leads, ROI, conversion rates are your language, and you'll translate them into sharp internal reporting that actually moves decisions. In close collaboration with affiliate platforms and internal data teams, you'll keep tracking accurate and data clean, while holding the line on fraud prevention, brand safety, and compliance.

And when you're ready to go further — you will.

This role isn't just about managing what exists. You'll have real scope to identify and build new strategic partnerships from scratch, owning the entire lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, implementation, and scaling. That means bringing new affiliates onto the platform publishers, influencers, comparison sites, cashback platforms, and beyond and standing up new strategic partnerships hand-in-hand with our web and tech teams.

The opportunity is as big as you make it!

What You Bring

Are you the person who walks into any room and immediately knows how to make it count?

We're looking for a partnership powerhouse. Here's what that means:

  • You're a natural connector. Extroverted, energetic, confident you build real relationships effortlessly. Whether it's outreach, high-stakes meetings, or cross-functional collaboration, communication is your superpower. You don't just have conversations; you make them count.

  • You've got the track record to prove it. 5+ years of building win-win partnerships that drive real, measurable value. Your commercial mindset is sharp you think in growth, revenue, and ROI. You've worked across partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, or growth roles, and ideally you've sharpened these skills in a SaaS, start-up, or scale-up environment where the pace is relentless and the stakes are real.

  • You speak the language — literally. Fluent in both English and Danish, you move seamlessly between our international and local teams without ever losing the thread.

  • Behind the people skills: a seriously organised mind. You own your documentation and workflows end-to-end. You can juggle multiple partners and projects without dropping a single one. You don't wait for direction you turn data into action and drive initiatives forward with confidence and minimal oversight.

  • And above all: you're built for this. Fast-paced, international, unpredictable, no two days the same. For most people, that's a warning. For you, it's the whole appeal.

If you read that and felt seen, we want to hear from you!
