The Revenue Marketing team at Shine
The Revenue Marketing Germany team sits at the heart of our growth engine directly responsible for driving performance across the Micro Business, Small Business and Accounting (CPA) segments. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Product, Growth and Partnerships, keeping segment focus sharp, go-to-market execution tight, and revenue impact measurable.

Your role as a B2B Segment Marketing Manager, Germany
We are looking for a driven and creative B2B Segment Marketing Manager, to lead our marketing efforts in the German market.
Germany is one of our most exciting markets — and this role sits at the center of it. As our B2B Segment Marketing Manager, you'll shape how we show up for freelancers and SMEs across the country: building targeted strategies, running campaigns that convert, and turning segment insights into measurable growth.
📍 Job located in Berlin, Germany with the possibility of two remote working days per week.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop segment-specific marketing strategies tailored to the needs, behaviours, and pain points of defined customer groups in the German market (e.g., SMEs, freelancers, mid-market companies)
Bring multichannel campaigns to life across email, social, paid, events, and content, driving real results, not just noise, always tied to segment priorities and business impact
Bridge teams by working hand-in-hand with Campaign Managers, Product, and Customer Success to keep messaging sharp and deliver seamless, compelling experiences at every touchpoint
Stay ahead of the market through continuous research and competitive analysis, surfacing the insights that turn opportunity into action and keep Shine ahead in Germany
Own your numbers, setting the performance bar by defining and tracking KPIs like MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and retention metrics across the full segment revenue journey
Build and leverage a strong local network of partners, agencies, and media to amplify reach where it matters most
Shape how Shine enters new spaces, playing a key role in product launches and go-to-market execution that makes a real impact in the German market
What You Bring
Your Background
You have 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally shaped by the fast-moving world of SaaS, FinTech, or accounting/ERP software. You know what it takes to market to businesses, and you have the results to prove it. You've owned segment or product marketing before, you understand the German market from the inside, and you're comfortable navigating tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo to run smarter, more effective campaigns.
Your Strengths
You're analytical without losing the human touch able to dig into data, spot what matters, and turn it into a clear direction. You juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball, and you bring a hands-on approach to paid media, SEO/SEA, and content that goes beyond theory. You understand how German businesses think and buy, and you know how to speak to them with storytelling and copywriting that cuts through the noise.
You're fluent in both German (C2 or native) and English, and you move naturally between the two depending on who's in the room.
