Payroll-teamet hos Shine

Payroll-teamet består af ca. 10 erfarne kolleger fordelt på to centrale payroll-teams: Et team med ansvar for Frankrig og ét team med ansvar for alle markeder uden for Frankrig. Begge teams refererer til vores Payroll Director. Vi arbejder i det daglige med et fælles fokus på kvalitet, compliance, struktur og god service.

Din rolle som Senior Payroll Specialist

Som Senior Payroll Specialist får du end-to-end ansvar for løn. Du bliver vores faglige anker på dansk og hollandsk løn, og bliver en central sparringspartner for både ledere og medarbejdere.

Du trives i en rolle med ansvar, bred kontaktflade, og en hverdag, hvor drift, deadlines og løbende forbedringer går hånd i hånd.

Du vil have det primære ansvar for dansk og hollandsk payroll og vil referere direkte til vores Payroll Director, som er baseret i Danmark. Du vil i det daglige arbejde tæt sammen med resten af payroll-organisationen.

Dine primære ansvarsområder

• Håndtere den hollandske og danske lønkørsel fra A–Z

• Indberetninger af sygdom, afstemning af løn i e-indkomst, samt administrere vores pensionsordning

• Køre, bogføre og afstemme månedlig løn

• Oprette og vedligeholde tillæg og personalefiler i Personio

• Supportere ledere og medarbejdere i spørgsmål om løn, pension og forsikring

• Bidrage aktivt til optimering og effektivisering af payroll processer

Om dig

Vi forestiller os, at du:

• Har minimum 5 års erfaring med dansk løn, gerne meget mere, og arbejder selvstændigt med løn fra A–Z

• Har solid viden om funktionærloven, ferieloven og GDPR

• Har erfaring med løn- og økonomisystemer BC (business central) og Salary er et plus

• Er stærk komfortabel med tal og afstemninger der kræver et skarpt øje for detaljen

• Kommunikerer flydende på dansk og kan begå dig på engelsk

• Arbejder struktureret, indenfor deadlines, og har et stærkt overblik

• Er serviceminded og trives i rollen som sparringspartner for mange stakeholders

• Er positiv, løsningsorienteret og bidrager til en god stemning, også når tempoet er højt

• Tager ejerskab og ansvar for deadlines og kvalitet

Det er et plus, hvis du også har:

• Erfaring fra internationale organisationer

• Bidraget til implementering eller forbedring af løn- og HR-systemer

• Interesse for procesoptimering og dokumentation

The Payroll team at Shine

The Payroll team consists of 10 experienced colleagues divided into two key payroll teams: one team responsible for France and one team responsible for all markets outside of France. Both teams report to our Payroll Director. In our day-to-day work, we share a strong focus on quality, compliance, structure, and high-quality service.

Your role as a Senior Payroll Specialist

As Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of payroll operations in Denmark. You’ll be our go-to expert for Danish payroll and a key partner for both employees and managers across the business.

You’ll thrive in a role with real responsibility, a broad stakeholder network, and a daily rhythm where operational delivery, deadlines and continuous improvement go hand in hand.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Manage Dutch and Danish payroll end-to-end (A–Z)

• Report sickness absence, reconcile payroll in e-Indkomst, and administer our pension scheme

• Run, post, and reconcile the monthly payroll

• Create and maintain salary supplements and employee records in Personio

• Support managers and employees with questions related to payroll, pension, and insurance

• Actively contribute to the optimisation and efficiency of payroll processes

About you

We imagine you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience working with Danish payroll (ideally more), and can run payroll independently from start to finish

• Have strong knowledge of the Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven), the Holiday Act (Ferieloven), and GDPR

• Have experience with payroll and finance systems (Business Central is required; Salary is a plus)

• Are confident in Excel and comfortable working with reconciliations and detailed payroll data

• Communicate fluently in Danish and professionally in English

• Work in a structured way, meet deadlines, and keep a clear overview even when things move fast

• Are service-minded and enjoy supporting a wide range of stakeholders

• Are solution-oriented, positive, and contribute to a good team atmosphere

• Take ownership of quality, compliance and delivery

It’s a plus if you also have:

• Experience from an international organisation

• Contributed to implementing or improving payroll and HR systems

• A strong interest in process documentation and optimization
