Are you a strategic and hands-on talent acquisition expert looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact?

As we continue scaling, we need a competent and passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to play a key role in driving our hiring strategy and ensuring we attract the best talent across Europe. In this role, you’ll shape our talent acquisition approach—acting as both a hands-on recruiter and a strategic sparring partner to the team.

📋 Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Manager


We’re searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to play a key role in driving our hiring strategy and shaping the future of our workforce. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, influencing talent decisions, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent that aligns with our company’s vision and culture. Your expertise will directly impact our growth, employer brand, and ability to build a world-class team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Play a major role in driving the integration of our Talent Acquisition strategy following a recent acquisition, aligning processes, employer branding, recruitment tools, and best practices to create a unified and efficient approach.
  • Execute on our recruitment strategy across multiple markets, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
  • Have a critical and creative mindset: analyse and interpret relevant metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects such as writing articles, shaping our LinkedIn strategy, optimising our career page, organising tech events, or developing partnerships related to recruitment.
  • Support and mentor a team of TA specialists while handling multiple recruitments yourself.
  • Implement and work with data-driven hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities and workforce planning.
  • Participate in developing our employer brand.
  • Be a true talent partner and manage the entire recruitment cycle of senior profiles independently: take briefs, write attractive job postings, conduct pre-qualification interviews, present top candidates, support candidates throughout their journey, coordinate with stakeholders, and send offers.

📍 Job located in Berlin, with possibility of two remote working days per week

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
  • You can hit the ground running and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • A hands-on approach and experience hiring across multiple regions is a must
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus
  • Proven experience mentoring Talent Acquisition teams in a fast-growing company
  • Teamwork is important to you—you value sharing and helping others, and know how to ask for help and feedback
  • Experience mentoring a team, ensuring its growth and well-being
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Structured and meticulous with great attention to detail
  • Proactive and passionate about recruitment best practices, stay up-to-date with trends, and have big ambitions for your career
