In the light of Shine's scaling, we are excited to announce a brand new role to our COMEX team: Chief of Staff. This position will directly support our executive committee, acting as a critical partner in strategic planning and execution.

As a Chief of Staff, you'll play a vital role in orchestrating our strategic analysis, program management, and COMEX and board management.

Your mission at Shine includes:

  1. Strategic Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth market and competition analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
    • Explore internationalization strategies, including market research, regulatory considerations, and potential partnerships.
    • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to analyze customer needs and preferences, aligning insights with strategic initiatives.
    • Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure that new products and services meet regulatory requirements.
  2. Program Management
    • Take ownership of major company-wide projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
    • Establish project goals, milestones, and performance metrics, tracking progress and addressing potential bottlenecks.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the executive committee, highlighting project status, key achievements, and potential risks.
    • Drive cross-team collaboration, fostering effective communication and coordination to optimize project outcomes.
  3. Executive Committee and Board Management
    • Organize the executive committee and board meetings, including setting agendas, determining timing, and facilitating decision-making processes.
    • Prepare comprehensive board packs, executive committee materials, and all-hands presentations to ensure clear and concise communication of key information.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights, contributing to strategic discussions and informed decision-making.
    • Support the CEO in aligning and coordinating the efforts of the executive team, ensuring effective execution of the company's strategic vision.
