Job description

This new position is designed to support the Finance & Legal team as a whole, as well as PASQAL's growth and its structuring strategy.

PASQAL has implemented a set of tools to support its activities. Our ERP is NetSuite is core to the operations at PASQAL and is the central system, with other tools such as Yooz for procurement, Agicap for cash management, Spendesk for expenses and card management…

We are looking for a person to manage and administrate the systems used by the department and ensure the suitability of the architecture with our objectives.

Mission and tasks:

• Ensure the integration and evolution of the Finance & Legal perimeter applications and the correct integration with other departments applications (e.g. HRIS - Lucca).
• Ensure the proper development of NetSuite to fit corporate requirements
• When needed, supervise activities of external consultants as part of deployment of new functionalities and tools
• Create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs. Realize custom development in house or supervise the work of external developer.
• Take over support and maintenance of IT Finance tools used at PASQAL
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise. This may include anything from fixing bugs in software tools to resolving issues.
• Provide support to the team by answering questions regarding the product or services.

About you

You have at least two or three years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation and customizations. You are fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches, reports, SuiteScript, and NetSuite data models.

You have experience working in manufacturing or industry companies with a financial background or knowledge to be up and running quickly on the job.

Some experience as a business systems analyst would help to understand the user needs and build trust with your stakeholders internally. Ideally you can demonstrate experience with other financial IT tools and you are fluent in French and English.

Hard skills:

• Specialized in NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite Data Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Project Management.
• Ability to support data import process & maintain NetSuite updates.
• Familiar with NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs.
• Understanding and knowledge of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting.
