PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.

Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs.

In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.

Job Description

As part of our strong growth, we are recruiting a DevOps Engineer junior to reinforce our Plateform team. In this context, your main missions will be :

• Building and maintaining a scalable cloud infrastructure
• Managing CI/CD tools with the team to automate and improve development and release processes
• Ensuring that the platform is safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
• Implementing monitoring and alerting tools
• Making sure the platform is reliable and respects our SLAs
• Building any necessary internal tooling for infrastructure management and provisioning
• Testing and documenting all your work. Keeping a regular technological watch.
• Having an inventive activity in the scientific and technical fields related to the Company's research, products, technologies and markets; filing patents
  

About you

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes and/or Terraform
• Bonus : Experience implementing and using a monitoring stack, preferably Prometheus, Jaeger, Grafana
• Creative problem solver
• Agile cultural experience
• Able to work independently with limited direction
• Curiosity and keen interest for new technologies
• Professional proficiency in English
