We’re looking for a Pricing Team Manager to join Motors Customer Unit in Warsaw or Poznań.

Role Overview: The Pricing Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the pricing strategy across the business, ensuring our pricing models are competitive, dynamic, and aligned with our overall business objectives. This role involves managing a team of pricing analysts, collaborating closely with key internal departments (e.g., product, marketing, data science, and sales), and developing insights that help optimize revenue and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy, data analysis, and team management in an e-commerce or classifieds context, with a proven ability to drive impactful pricing decisions that enhance market positioning and profitability.
Key Responsabilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver meaningful solutions enabling to achieve company goals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the pricing team
- Set clear performance objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and support career development for team members
- Develop and implement data strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance data utilization
- Conduct regular competitive pricing analysis and market research to ensure our prices are competitive and aligned with customer expectations
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools
- Provide strategic guidance on promotional pricing, discounts, and other pricing-related decisions
- Work with various departments to identify analytical needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Actively participate in both local as well as regional data/ & analytics projects
- Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, competitive analysis, and revenue impact for senior leadership
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all systems through robust data governance practices
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data management roles
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing data and analytics teams
- Experience and knowledge how to define key metrics for the business growth
- Knowledge in pricing and monetization as well as organizational excellence would be an advantage
- Understanding of eCommerce in general or Classifieds business will be an advantage
- Very good English skills (B2/C1 is a must)
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex pricing challenges and find actionable solutions
- Strategic Thinker: Balances long-term vision with short-term execution, always keeping the company’s objectives in mind
- Collaborative Leader: Skilled in managing cross-functional relationships and leading teams towards shared goals
- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer behavior and the role pricing plays in shaping their decisions
