Your responsibilities:
- Ensure efficiency & high quality of supported Accounts Receivable processes;
- Accelerate value & make an impact by doing day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations;
- Issue invoices and invoice corrections in line with accounting and tax regulations;
- Allocate incoming payments, carry out month end closing related activities;
- Maintain customer master data;
- Maintain customer account;
- Work collaboratively with different finance departments and sales teams;
- Participate and contribute to projects carried out at the OLX Group.
Your background:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
- A minimum 3 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable area;
- Experience and understanding of the BPO/SSC market is a plus;
- Solid accounting knowledge or the Accounts Receivable process knowledge;
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;
- Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving;
- Fluent English (oral and written);
- Literacy in SAP and Excel.
