The Moderator Specialist is essential to keep a unique experience on the Autovit and
OLX platforms. He/she ensures that throughout the process of adding content, the conditions
are respected equally by all users of the platform.
In Romania, we have 180+ people working for OLX, Storia.ro, and Autovit.ro. Currently
from home, but usually from our cozy office in the center of Bucharest. OLX is the
leader of the classifieds market, helping millions of people make the smart choice every
day – creating more space at home, repairing a broken pipe, or, just like you, finding the
best job. Storia.ro, our real-estate platform, helps people find the place they can call
home – for a while or forever. Autovit.ro is the market leader in the auto classifieds
industry, connecting drivers to the car that will take them where they need and want to
be.
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
- Identify situations that do not comply with the terms and conditions of the platform directly on the site or through BI reports and act quickly on these situations
- Identifying possible fraud situations and intervening in them according to internal rules
- Work closely with colleagues responsible for content quality, customer support, and product owner, to constantly improve the selling and buying experience on the platform
- Direct or indirect involvement in the integral flow of solving fraud situations
- Reporting current situations, suggestions, and areas for improvement in preventing and stopping fraud (rules, filters, tools)
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Very customer-oriented and passionate about the safety of people in the online environment, with a good ability to identify irregularities
- Attention to detail, analytical and organized
- Ability to new work procedures
- Curiosity, desire to investigate and test, to find solutions
- Ability to make decisions
- Ability to combine independent work with teamwork and collaborative results
- Passion for the Auto field
- Ability to work with reports of medium or high complexity Microsoft Excel Knowledge (intermediate level)
- Previous experience in a similar role (nice to have)
- College degree(or in progress)
