We are looking for a BIT Operations Engineer (f/m) in our great office in Poznan who will also support our Berlin office on an ongoing basis (with travel required a few times per month). As an BIT Operations Engineer, you'll be offered the unique opportunity to become part of an international team of top engineers, contributing to OLX Group's success.
You'll be responsible for the availability and performance of OLX internal IT systems and services, and supporting the underlying cloud and network stack.

What you will be doing:
- Autonomously provide 1st and 2nd level support to all local users, from simple requests to owning complex technical issues raised by developers and highly technical staff
- Support all local Office IT Services as well as Global Shared Services such as, but not limited to: Google Apps, Slack, Atlassian, OKTA, Video Conference Systems, Windows and Mac OS clients, development tools, local IT projects, in-house events, server room, printers, mobile devices, onboarding of new hires and offboarding
- Create documentation to share knowledge and assist with increasing user satisfaction through proactiveness and ethical behavior
- Assist with purchasing of hardware and software license management, seeking new solutions, and providing support to existing ones
- Take part in Business IT projects in order to improve the level of our IT services as a group, as well as locally
Who we are looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in IT support functions, with an emphasis on supporting technical staff
- Customer oriented, positive and able to remain calm under stress
- Analytical troubleshooter and problem solving. You may not have the answer, but you want to and know how to find it
- Team player that actively collaborates with people to find solutions to problems
- Previous experience in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
- Provide on-site support to our Berlin staff on an ongoing basis, minimum couple of times each month, for 2-3 days (travel required)
- Experience in supporting OS X and Windows based systems
- Knowledge of client and software deployment, Jamf and Azure Intune
- Experience with IT systems such as email and centralized user management
- Experience with working in a service management tool with a ticketing system. The tool we use within OLX is ServiceNow
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems such as OKTA and Atlassian from a supporting perspective
- Knowledge and experience of Google Workspace from a supporting perspective
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
