We are looking for a Business Analyst for OLX Auto and Autovit.ro.
You will be in the center of the most important business decisions of OLX Group’s Motors unit in Romania, which consists of our dedicated motors portal Autovit.ro and the auto category within OLX.ro. If you have a leaning towards both Data & Business activities, if you are a highly driven and self-motivated professional, with great analytical skills and sharp business acumen, capable of both organizing significant amounts of data as well as providing meaningful business insights based on that data and if you can manage multiple stakeholders ranging from the unit leadership team to functional specialists in areas such as sales or marketing, then we want you to apply!
What will you be responsible for?
- Review and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources;
- Connect the dots by synthesizing this data to recommend business performance improvements;
- Build forecasts & business strategy recommendations in areas such as pricing, monetization, user behavior, and sales efficiency;
- Set, measure, and monitor meaningful metrics for the business by building automated dashboard and other type of reports;
- Deliver ad-hoc reports and present them in a way that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical colleagues;
- Actively participate in local and regional data & analytics projects.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. data/sales/pricing analyst);
- Data Analysis skills – working with large chunks of data, data extraction, consolidation, and preparation;
- Intermediate level of SQL;
- Familiar with data visualization tools (previous experience with Tableau appreciated);
- Outstanding Excel skills;
- Basic understanding of technologies like Git, Docker, and Jenkins;
- Previous experience in building automated dashboards is a plus;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proactivity, energy, and enthusiasm to learn new things;
- Self-reliance and the ability to find your way in an unstructured environment;
- English B2/C1 Proficiency is a must.
