As a Machine Learning Engineer in the team, you will collaborate with an exceptional squad composed of diverse profiles, including Data Scientists, MLEs, Engineers, Product Managers, and Analysts. Our focus areas encompass enhancing the Recommendations Platform, part of our Ecosystem organization, and driving innovation in delivering personalized experiences for our users.

In your role, you'll delve into cutting-edge machine learning techniques, specializing in recommendation algorithms, while also providing technical guidance to junior team members. You will apply AI methods to core OLX product platforms deployed in the cloud, impacting the user experience for millions of visitors per month. You will roll your solutions to production, analyze model results both offline and online, and measure site impact. All using Python and the AWS cloud. You will interact with key stakeholders and have direct contact with internal customers. You will have the freedom to experiment and test new ideas. And most importantly, you will see firsthand how your work impacts the day-to-day business of our customers.
