About the role
As a Business Development Manager for Storia & OLX, you will be at the forefront of the Real Estate market, empowering our users and prospects with the best solutions to reach their clients, in the Real Estate domain. You will be covering clients from Bucharest with a focus on increasing their inventory on Storia.

What will you be doing?

  • Prospect the market and identify new potential customers to whom you could sell our services;
  • Establish meetings with potential clients, present the services, negotiate and close contracts;
  • Constantly develop the customer portfolio in the covered area;
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, and provide them with support, information, and guidance;
  • Develop the database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and networking;
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • At least 5 years of work experience in B2B sales, and business development in services;
  • A strong passion for the Real Estate industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good negotiation skills, and good presentation delivery;
  • Great knowledge of MS Office and CRM software;
  • An energetic, mature, accountable, self-driven fast learner with strong analytical skills;
  • Online sales experience or real estate industry experience is a plus;
  • Proactive, dynamic, and customer-oriented;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • A team player and a problem solver.
