We’re looking for a Senior Product Researcher to join our Quantitative Research team. You will be responsible for driving Quantitative Research projects end to end in all aspects of our customer experience as well as working closely with strategic partners in Product teams bringing to life our key initiatives. We are looking for Research specialists, with extensive skills in quantitative methods as well as being able to bring forward a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and motivations.
This role can be based anywhere in Poland.

Our Quantitative Research team is on a mission to transform the way we build products at OLX Group. We’re a multidisciplinary team working across multiple platforms and responsible for owning and managing key projects that leverage Research insights to all the organisation levels. We’re looking to strengthen our team with the best talent in the world to help us deepen our Research practice with a committed and passionate focus on solving real problems for our customers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Social psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Business Management, or related field, with practical expertise in Research methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Quantitative Research, particularly within Product domains.
  • Proficient in project management, adept at handling multiple tasks and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • Keen on sharing Research knowledge with non-Researchers and being a customer-centric evangelist.
  • Skilled at designing and assessing survey results to bring actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of statistical principles, including margins of error, confidence intervals, and relevant analytical techniques.
  • Previous work with customer satisfaction metrics like NPS, C-SAT, and CES, utilising BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience in building custom metrics focused on gauging the perception of customers.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and databases, alongside advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent Google tools).
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
  • A problem-solving mindset, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Working experience with Python or R.
  • Understanding basics of Git and Gitlab.
  • Certifications in project management, BI tools, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud, especially AWS Athena.
  • Understanding statistical modelling and data science concepts.
  • Interest in applying AI to Research projects.
