Locally in Singapore New Relic is expanding rapidly in Key Enterprise accounts in Banking, Energy, Telecommunications and Public Sector.

We are looking for an accomplished, quota-carrying Large Account Sales Executive who can secure new customers and continue to grow an already strong install base.

What you'll do
  • Interlock with the relevant technical and extended specialist teams to ensure existing base customers renewal ACR are secured with additional uplift positioned
  • Work with key clients across a variety of industries
  • React to inbound customer requests via phone and online
  • Develop a strategy for long term success - while both building and leading your own book of business
  • Seek out new opportunities and expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in Enterprise Segment with net new account acquisition from ASEAN markets
  • Work closely with team to provide account management on enterprise customers, partnering with technical team to provide expertise and support to grow New relic consumption growth, and participating in client engagements up to C-level engagements for more complex solutions positioning
  • Work with partner team on new business plan to identify new business opportunities with focus partners and fully qualify these opportunities using Value selling Sales Process to convert partner leads to net new logo acquisition
  • Develop a strategy for long term success - while both building and managing your own book of business
This role requires
  • 10+ years in SaaS or related direct application sales

  • Excel in both personal ambition AND collaborative teamwork

  • Have excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills, and have successfully applied these in inside sale

Bonus points if you have
  • Technical background, with a basic understanding of infrastructures and SaaS industry in general
  • Have experience of SFDC and a variety of software business tools, including PowerPoint, Zoom, etc.
