Operations Associate - 6 month internship
The position
Job description
Our mission
The system is broken. Sales should be an art of relationship building and strategy, but it has become a bureaucratic science. Exceptional talents have been turned into accountants, drowning in administration, CRM, and reporting. At Modjo, we exist to break these chains and transform the B2B sales profession. If you want to build the product that will make salespeople invincible and redefine an industry: Welcome aboard.
Our culture
Raise the Bar
We care deeply about quality — in our product, our decisions, and the people we hire. "Good enough" isn't good enough. We continuously challenge ourselves and each other to do better, think sharper, and aim higher.
Team Spirit, with Honest Feedback
We believe great teams are built on trust, candor, and collaboration. Feedback is not optional — it's how we grow.
User First. Always.
Everything we build starts with the reality of sales teams in the field. We obsess over real user problems, not theoretical ones.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
We act like owners. We don't wait for perfect conditions to move forward. Autonomy comes with accountability.
Your role at Modjo
Joining Modjo as an Operations Associate (internship), you are a key player in keeping our operations tight, and our team thriving.
Reporting to Sarah, VP Operations & People, you will work hand-in-hand with the Ops team and interact daily with people across all functions — Sales team, Finance, RevOps, People, and the founders. This is a cross-functional role by design: you'll quickly become a familiar face across the company.

Coordinate annual offsites end-to-end: logistics, venue, program, vendors (offsite in Septembre)
Coordinate quarterly events : internal coordination, program design, full logistics (example Hackaton last April)
Manage office operations and related vendors, in relay with the People team
Modjo Academy & onboarding
Own the end-to-end operational management of the Modjo Academy (internal training and onboarding program)
Coordinate the session calendar, speakers, and materials to ensure a seamless experience for all participants
Run the onboarding experience for new joiners: logistics, schedule, coordination with all teams
Track participant progress and collect feedback to continuously improve the program
Be the internal go-to person for anything Modjo Academy-related
Automation of Ops functions
Identify manual and recurring processes across Operations: Finance, Legal, People
Design and deploy automations to increase team efficiency
Contribute to Modjo's AI-first approach: automated workflows, internal AI agents, smart templates
Document processes and drive their adoption across teams
This role is:
A paid internship
Meal vouchers
Bike benefits
Gym membership
Transportation benefits
Based in our Paris offices (75003)
Starting September 2026
Who you are
Exceptionally organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
A strong communicator, comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels — in French and English
Proactive and eager to take on responsibilities, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
Proficient with spreadsheet and slide tools; able to craft compelling decks for different audiences
Curious about AI — ideally already experimenting with no-code/automation tools
Highly coachable, always ready to learn, and proactive in putting new knowledge into action
Fluent in English and in French

Hiring process
1 — Screening call with Sarah, VP Operations & People
A conversation to explore your background and give you a clear picture of what day-to-day in this role looks like. A good opportunity to see if you see yourself working at Modjo.
2 — Office assignment
You'll receive a practical case (~2-3 hours) designed to assess your thinking, execution, and curiosity. We care about what you do, not where you studied or where you come from.
3 — Home assignment review
Sarah will debrief your case with you
4 — Interview with Matt, COO
A conversation with Matt, our COO. He'll share Modjo's vision and values — and it's a great moment to ask your own questions.
