About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager Mid-Market to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients by driving adoption, retention, and expansion through AI-powered value delivery.
This is a high-impact role: you’ll be joining at a key moment and will have real ownership over a €15k–€60k ARR client portfolio, shaping how we scale Customer Success in the mid-market segment.
Your mandate is clear: maximize customer value, drive net revenue retention, and make Modjo a strategic, must-have partner for your clients.
Your Mission
1. Own your portfolio end-to-end
Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market customers (€15k–€60k ARR)
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-levels
Act as a strategic advisor to help clients achieve their business goals through AI
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
2. Drive adoption, retention & expansion
Design and execute tailored onboarding and adoption plans
Identify upsell opportunities and lead renewals in collaboration with Account Executives
Monitor usage and proactively address risks to maximize retention
Continuously demonstrate ROI and business impact to customers
3. Scale processes & efficiency
Industrialise onboarding and account management processes
Leverage automation and playbooks to manage inbound requests efficiently
Contribute to building scalable CS frameworks for the mid-market segment
Share best practices and continuously improve ways of working
4. Be the voice of the customer
Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and internal teams
Contribute to improving the product and customer experience
Turn satisfied customers into advocates (testimonials, referrals, case studies)
5. Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with Sales (AE Farmers) on renewals and expansion strategy
Align with Scaled Account Managers to ensure consistency across segments
Partner with Product and Marketing to drive customer-centric initiatives
Success after 12 months means
You have built a strong, trusted relationship with your entire portfolio and are seen as a strategic business partner by your clients
You have consistently achieved (or exceeded) retention and expansion targets across your accounts
You have significantly improved product adoption and demonstrated clear ROI for your customers
You have implemented scalable processes and playbooks that increase team efficiency
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management in a SaaS environment
You are comfortable engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
You are highly organised and structured, able to manage multiple accounts and inbound requests efficiently
You have strong business acumen and can translate product value into tangible outcomes
You are proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
You are fluent in French and English and you are excited to manage international clients
Bonus points if
You have experience in SaaS, CRM, or Customer Success platforms
You have worked with mid-market clients and managed complex sales cycles
You have a strong interest or experience in AI and its business applications
