Your Mission
Join a high-performing Revenue team known for coaching, structure and fast skill development.
Your goal: generate new outbound opportunities across Mid-market and Enterprise accounts in France and internationally.
What You Will Do
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- Make cold calling your primary growth lever to hit (and exceed!) your KPIs.
- Book and run discovery calls with Heads of Sales, CEOs, CROs and COOs.
- Activate strategic target accounts provided quarterly (multi-channel, multi-persona).
Collaboration & Handover
- Qualify prospects and hand over clean, contextualized opportunities to your AE.
- Work closely with Marketing & Growth to leverage high-quality ICP leads and market insights.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Get coached weekly by your Sales Manager to refine messaging, structure, and efficiency.
- Maintain top-tier CRM hygiene (process, data, insights).
- Bring ideas to improve our sequences, tooling and outbound engine.
Ideal Profile

- You’re looking for your first (or second) experience in B2B sales.
- You’re structured, clear, energetic and persuasive.
- You learn fast and love hitting ambitious targets.
- You want to grow into an AE, Team Lead SDR or Senior commercial role.
- You are perfectly fluent in both English and French (written & spoken).
