To support its strong growth, Lifen wants to structure and strengthen its Public Health Institutions sales team.
In the context of National Funding Program “Ségur de la Santé”, Lifen is aiming to support Public Hospitals through digital solutions. Within the team, you will be at the heart of the company's strategy. You will focus on our Tier 1 targets in order to strengthen our position in large hospitals with the following objectives :
- Develop new opportunities
- Build a network of prospects
Your future missions as a Senior Sales Manager
- Participate in the definition of the strategy to approach our prospects ;
- Identify, make contact and sell to key stakeholders within targeted institutions ;
- Network with our customer base to obtain introductions to prospects ;
- Strongly develop and maintain your network by participating in events (conferences, fairs, etc) ;
- Go on-site and be an ambassador for Lifen and its values to multiple stakeholders ;
- Report your sales activity and your pipeline through our internal tools ;
- Ensure a permanent market watch, as well as a prospect watch.
The profile we’re looking for
🙌 You have a business background.
🏩 You have minimum 5 years experience in a position with similar responsibilities and related to health professions, or professions with an institution dimension.
👩‍💻 Apart from being a sales person, you are interested in developing your project management skills as well as health industry knowledge. You have a particular interest in the healthcare/hospital world.
🙌 You have excellent negotiation skills, good business acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills.
💪 Your organizational skills allow you to manage long term sales deals.
🧗‍♀️ You are able to work as a team in a result-oriented culture.
🤝 You have excellent relational skills.
🗣 You know how to adapt your speech to various stakeholders (directors, project managers, institutional players) and you are not afraid to go on-site.
