🏋️♀️ What You’ll Be Doing
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Kolet, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing success of our partner integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, monitor performance, and serve as the primary point of contact for our partners.

🤹♂️Your key responsibilities will be:
Go-Live Facilitation
- Ensure smooth and timely go-lives for complex partner integrations.
- Coordinate with tech, marketing, operations, and sales teams to guarantee alignment and efficiency during the go-live process
- Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure both Kolet and our Partners meet agreed deadlines.
Ongoing Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners after go-live.
- Maintain strong relationships by addressing issues promptly and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer touch points (upsell) and maximise engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Best Practices
- Track partner performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze results and share actionable insights.
- Recommend best practices drawn from learnings with other partners to improve adoption and outcomes.
⭐ About You
You’re a detail-orientated, process-driven, team player who thrives in international and fast-paced environments.
Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, client success, or similar roles
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving results
- Experience with SaaS products and technical integrations preferred
Skills
- Strong project management abilities — organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation creation (Pitch.com, Figma, PowerPoint or equivalent).
- Analytical and data-driven, with advanced Excel proficiency (SQL & Python a plus).
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Client-facing expertise with proven ability to build positive relationships.
Languages
- Fluent in English and French. Additional languages are a plus
