💪 Your main missions
1️⃣ Keep our social machine running
- Plan and maintain our content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Bring your creative ideas to life, whether it’s visuals, videos, or even starring in your own creations. You’ll have so many tools at your disposal: Capcut, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, HeyGen, Artlist, a great computer, a microphone and basically whatever you need to create content.
- Schedule posts, track performance, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Organize content drafts, assets, and approvals and publications.
2️⃣ Coordinate content production
- Brief designers whenever you need some design pieces.
- Ensure assets (videos, graphics, captions) are delivered, uploaded, and optimized on time.
- Manage a backlog of evergreen content and one-shot posts.
3️⃣ Monitor, report and benchmark
- Track performance metrics across platforms and deliver weekly reports in which you’ll provide learnings.
- Benchmark other brands and creators for inspiration and best practices. Go beyond our industry, find inspiration in what’s trending globally and help Kolet level up.
- Flag trends and format opportunities (without chasing every viral wave).
💯 On top of this: Support micro-influencer collabs
- Identify relevant micro-creators, manage outreach, and follow up on deliverables.
- Track status of ongoing collaborations and maintain clear records.
- Help analyze campaign performance to inform future partnerships

🔍 What we’re looking for
✔️ A creative mind with a keen sense of what grabs attention on social media.
✔️ Comfortable in all mediums, filming, video editing, graphic design, and even being in front of the camera.
✔️ Highly organized and detail-oriented, your content calendar game is strong.
✔️ Curious and analytical, you love uncovering trends, figuring out what makes them tick, and applying those insights.
✔️ Proven experience in social media management or content creation—personal projects absolutely count!
✔️ Fluency in English (native or bilingual) is mandatory. French? Less essential for this role.
✔️ Extra bonus points if:
- You enjoy creating content (even as a beginner) and feel comfortable filming yourself.
- At the top of your resume or your application letter, you drop the word velociraptor. It helps us spot the people who pay attention to details.
- You have skills in video editing and visual storytelling.
