Social Media & Micro-Influence Intern

Paid Internship – €1,200/month

Are you the kind of person who lives in Notion, loves ticking off tasks, and gets satisfaction from seeing a well-planned content calendar run like clockwork? At Kolet, we’re looking for a Social Media & Micro-Influence Intern, someone who can help us stay consistent, organized, and on top of all things content.

This role is about structure, coordination, and execution. We’re looking for someone reliable, driven, and curious. If you bring creativity with you, that’s awesome! But if your strength is getting things done and keeping us organized, that’s exactly what we need. Creativity is a very interesting plus, but not the core of what we’re hiring for.

We want someone who can get things done, keep the ship sailing, and support our content & influence efforts like a pro. 📅⚙️

Your Main Missions

1️⃣ Keep Our Social Machine Running

  • Plan and maintain our content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule posts, track performance, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Organize content drafts, assets, and approvals.

2️⃣ Coordinate Content Production

  • Brief creatives, editors, or even AI tools to get the content we need.
  • Ensure assets (videos, graphics, captions) are delivered, uploaded, and optimized on time.
  • Manage a backlog of evergreen content and campaign-specific posts.

✨ This is the part of the job where’s there’s more room for creativity. So if you’re a creative soul, we’re more than happy to give you space to explore and contribute ideas. We all love ideas, and we do believe that they can come from anyone, anywhere. But don’t forget that the core of this role is operational, meaning that consistency, structure, and follow-through come first, as it is what we need the most right now.

3️⃣ Support Micro-Influencer Collabs

  • Identify relevant micro-creators, manage outreach, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Track status of ongoing collaborations and maintain clear records.
  • Help analyze campaign performance to inform future partnerships.

4️⃣ Monitor and Report

  • Track basic performance metrics across platforms.
  • Benchmark other brands and creators for inspiration and best practices.
  • Flag trends and format opportunities (without chasing every viral wave).

What You Bring

✔️ You’re highly organized, structured, and love a good checklist.

✔️ You’ve got knowledge of social platforms, and some experience managing accounts.

✔️ You’re comfortable using tools like Notion, Canva, Metricool or others like them, and eager to learn them.

✔️ You’re interested in how content gets planned, produced, and published, from start to finish.

✔️ You’re fluent in English. French is nice but not needed.

Bonus if:

– You’ve worked on content creation before, or helped someone else create content.

– You enjoy video editing, visual storytelling, or have a good creative instinct.

What You’ll Get

💰 €1,200/month + up to €200 in meal vouchers per month + 50% transport covered
