Senior Account Executive - Enterprise

We’re scaling rapidly across Europe and looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business with Enterprise accounts. You’ll play a key role in landing our first large-scale deployments, navigating complex buying centers, and helping us build a repeatable sales motion in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
What you’ll do
Drive the full sales cycle with Enterprise customers, from prospecting to close, with a focus on strategic new logo acquisition.
Engage with senior cybersecurity and infrastructure decision-makers (CISO, Head of IT, CIO) and position Kerys Software as a trusted partner in endpoint segmentation and virtualization security.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of Kerys’ solution, buyer pain points, and the virtualization market landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to align go-to-market execution and accelerate top-of-funnel growth.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpot;
Act as a feedback loop to Product and Marketing, shaping Kerys’ evolution based on customer insights and deal experience.
Profil recherché
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience in complex B2B enterprise sales (preferably selling infra, endpoint, or security solutions).
Proven track record of overachievement in fast-growing or scale-up environments.
Strong command of strategic selling (MEDDICC, Challenger, or Consultative frameworks), able to manage multithreaded opportunities across IT, Security, and Procurement.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive amid change, ambiguity, and evolving processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in French and English.
Familiarity with HubSpot, and experience driving enterprise deals in close collaboration with Marketing through targeted ABM plays.

After 3 months
Understand Kerys’ mission, positioning, and product value.
Build your territory plan and ICP mapping for the Enterprise segment in France
Engage your first qualified conversations and support your first deal cycle.
After 6 months
Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with dedicated SE support for technical deep dives and solution design.
Deliver consistent pipeline contribution with clear quota progression.
Collaborate actively with Marketing and Channel to strengthen regional go-to-market execution.
After 9 months
Own the Enterprise sales motion for France and contribute to scaling across EMEA.
Mentor future AEs and help structure our sales playbooks.
Act as a key voice in strategic account planning for 2027 and beyond.
Déroulement des entretiens
The first interview will take place via video with the Head of Pre-Sales.
An in-person meeting will then be scheduled with our EVP Sales, during which the candidate will be asked to prepare a pre-sales presentation.
The candidate will also meet one of Kerys Software’s co-founders.
