Can you do it?
At JUST, our mission is to change the way e-commerce operates by delivering a seamless, checkout experience that rivals the best in the industry. As an Operation Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving this transformation by supporting merchants in their daily needs, leading smooth onboarding experiences, analyzing data to uncover insights, and driving strategic projects that shape the future of our operations.

What is the focus of the role?

You’ll be joining a small but tight-knit team of two (Head of Ops + Operations Manager), where collaboration and team spirit are at the core of how we work.
This is a highly strategic position: you’ll be right in the middle of the action, working closely with every department — from tech and product to sales and leadership. It’s the perfect role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and have a tangible impact on the growth of the company.
Onboard and support new merchants in adopting and using JUST effectively, combining both technical expertise and direct client interaction to ensure a smooth and impactful experience.
Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects across the company, whether on our CRM (Hubspot), our billing system, our recruitments or any other key initiatives.
Streamline and automate processes for all teams (no-code, low-code)

You and your approach to the role?

Client-Centric: While 90% of your role is sales-focused, you understand the importance of maintaining a positive relationship with new clients post-sale. You’re someone who can manage the onboarding process efficiently.
Excellent Communicator: You have the ability to explain complex solutions in simple, persuasive ways. Whether pitching JUST’s value to prospects or delivering a smooth onboarding experience, your communication is clear, concise, and impactful.
Team Player: While you excel individually, you also know the value of working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and account management teams. You're open to feedback and believe in continuous improvement.
Data-Driven: You rely on data and insights to guide decisions, measure success, and continuously refine your approach.
Innovative Problem-Solver: You think outside the box to identify creative, effective solutions that push boundaries and deliver value.
Proactive and Hands-On: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, eager to take ownership of new challenges and seize opportunities as they arise.

What’s the process like:

The Screening Interview: 30-minute video call to better understand where you at right now, how you project yourself in the future, and how it all relates to JUST’s path. It's also during this first step that we talk about your salary expectations.
The Who interview: A 45 minutes to 1 hour interview with members of the team related to the job you’d be applying for, to learn more about you as a person, your motivations, and your past experiences. Our goal is to understand who is applying to JUST.
The Focused interview : Our Focused Interview is your chance to showcase how well your skills, experience, and values align with the role. This interview takes a deeper dive into the specific outcomes and competencies we’re looking for, going beyond a traditional job description. You’ll meet with team members who want to understand (i) your technical and (ii) behavioral skills, as well as (iii) how you align with our company culture. It’s designed to ensure that both you and the position are the perfect fit for one another. Think of it as the final step in making sure this opportunity is the right one for you, and a chance to highlight what makes you the best choice. This step may include a little business case to prepare .
Founder call: 30-minute discussion with one of JUST's founders around vision, mission, and culture.
Reference calls: Once we reach the founder call, we’ll get back to you asking for a couple of contacts to serve as references for JUST.
