What is the focus of the role?

JUST is hunting for a Mid-Market Account Executive to convert high-growth D2C and omnichannel brands (think Jott, Soeur, , From Future, Jimmy Fairly, Polène, Oh My Cream!, Papier Tigres, Stronger, etc.) into raving fans of our CRO-driven checkout. Mid-Market is our revenue engine today: fast cycles, visible logos, and huge network effects once we win the category’s rising stars. Your mission:
Capture the best-in-class brands in the €5-100 M GMV range
Run velocity deals (≈ €50-250k ACVs) while keeping an eye on land-and-expand
Be the face of JUST for founders, Heads of E-Commerce, and Growth leads who need tangible uplift

What you’ll do

This is a full-cycle sales role: from outbound prospecting to closing. At JUST, we believe the best closers are the best hunters. You’ll generate your own pipeline, drive momentum, and close deals fast with precision and ownership at every step.
Own the full sales cycle: outbound, qualify, demo, close. You’ll be responsible from first touch to signature on 15–90 day cycles.
Sell value, not just features: we don’t pitch a product, we sell measurable uplift. You’ll dig into GMV, AOV, conversion rate, and help brands understand why JUST is a growth lever, not a widget.
Run high-impact discovery calls: uncover the real pain points, quantify upside, and translate insights into ROI-driven proposals that speak the client’s language.
Show up where it matters: trade shows, LinkedIn, partner events, community dinners—you’re visible, relevant, and turn attention into signed contracts.
Multithread accounts with purpose: engage the right mix of stakeholders (product, legal, finance) while keeping velocity high.
Be a domain expert: we’re category creators, not followers. You’ll build knowledge in CRO, checkout UX, and ecom performance to challenge and educate buyers.
Feed the loop: capture field insights to influence product roadmap and messaging, your feedback shapes what we build.
Forecast and report with rigor: clean pipeline management, zero surprises. You’re in control of your numbers in HubSpot.

What we’re looking for

You’ve sold tech products that require education, not just a flashy demo. If your last job was closing inbound leads for a hyperfunded company, this isn’t the role for you.
You’ve closed €50–250k deals in SaaS (no industry specifically)
You’ve consistently outperformed quota in a new business role. You don’t settle for 100%; you aim for top of leaderboard.
You’ve sold to senior decision-makers like Heads of E-Commerce, Digital, Growth or CEOs and you’re comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders.
You’re analytical by nature: you know how to ask the right questions, challenge with numbers, and build ROI-based proposals.
You thrive in early-stage environments where there’s little structure, high speed, and lots of ownership.
(Bonus) You’ve worked in checkout, payments, ecommerce or CRO, but it’s not a requirement.

The process

The Screening Interview: 30-minute video call usually with our Chief of Staff to better understand where you at right now, how you project yourself in the future, and how it all relates to JUST’s path. It's also during this first step that we talk about your salary expectations.
The Who interview: A 45 minutes to 1 hour interview with members of the team related to he job you’d be applying for, to learn more about you as a person, your motivations, and your past experiences. Our goal is to understand who is applying to JUST.
The Focused interview : This interview takes a deeper dive into the specific outcomes and competencies we’re looking for, going beyond a traditional job description. You’ll meet with team members who want to understand (i) your technical and (ii) behavioral skills, as well as (iii) how you align with our company culture.
Founder call: 30-minute discussion with one of JUST's founders around vision, mission, and culture.
Reference calls: Once we reach the founder call, we’ll get back to you asking for a couple of contacts to serve as references for JUST.
