Job Description

Requirement: substantial experience with survey‑based research

Key Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that high quality data is collected and delivered within the region. This role involves close collaboration with customer success and sales as well as partners within operations and product development to ensure we have the right vendors, systems and processes in place to deliver high quality data in the region. You will be accountable for proactively monitoring the quality within the region and ensuring the adoption of quality tools and the established best practices and processes. You will help uncover and resolve any new or emerging quality issues and play a role in helping to shape improvements to our processes and quality methods.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for data quality issues on specific projects, investigating and coordinating response and resolution to the issues with customer service, Data Science, and vendor management as needed

  • Ensure compliance with best practices and processes, which may involve developing and leading training or conducting audits within the region

  • Proactively monitor data quality across the region to uncover or prevent any systemic quality issues within the region. Develop and implement a resolution to any issues uncovered

  • Help set the direction for our data quality tools and systems by sharing quality challenges and discoveries observed within the region with the associates who oversee the development of our data quality tools and systems

  • Optimize data collection through adoption of new technologies & process improvement

  • % adoption of tools and processes within the region

  • % quality fails (reduced quality fails year over year)

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Market Research project management or data analytics. Analytic experience strongly preferred

  • Proven success in building rapport and collaborating with stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts

  • Proficiency with Microsoft excel

  • Strong problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Skilled communicator, including supporting client presentations as required

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • High say-do ratio
