The Sales Account Executive will support the commercial expansion of the Activate portfolio, positioning it as the industry standard by leveraging a strong understanding of retail loyalty and customer data. This role is responsible for driving market awareness, developing new business opportunities, supporting project execution, and strengthening the ongoing value proposition for both retailer and supplier clients. Acting as a key partner to retailers, the Senior Account Executive will design and execute strategic partnership plans that span the entire commercial cycle—from lead generation and contract negotiation to the continuous monetization of retailer data. In addition, this position offers hands-on exposure across product, marketing, and sales activities, providing significant opportunities for growth as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the Activate portfolio, leading rollout and sales initiatives by tailoring use cases to diverse personas and engaging retailers through consultative, value‑driven conversations that clearly articulate business impact and ROI.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain long‑term strategic client partnerships, consistently meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets while reinforcing trust and credibility.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging products and services, leveraging insights to shape and refine commercial and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Drive market expansion and client penetration for Activate by increasing brand awareness, accelerating proposal volume, boosting user adoption, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
  • Own end‑to‑end client activation strategies, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities, qualifying leads, and initiating and managing full sales cycles.
  • Evaluate client‑specific business needs and challenges, recommending the most relevant products and solutions to support their strategic and operational objectives.
  • Customize product demos, sales presentations, and marketing materials to align with each customer’s priorities, context, and decision‑making criteria, maximizing engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Consultative and sales experience within a B2B environment.
  • Strong background in quantitative data analysis applied to Market Intelligence, within FMCG or Retail sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Highly data-driven mindset, with experience building scalable processes and defining measurable success metrics.
  • Agility and flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency.
