Job Description

Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts by driving revenue, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering tailored commercial solutions. Lead contract negotiations and manage end-to-end client engagement while ensuring seamless administration through internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and growth
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Lead contract negotiations and deliver customized, high-impact proposals
  • Adapt sales strategies and messaging to align with evolving client needs and market dynamics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (customer service, legal, finance, operations) to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze sales performance, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate reporting to support forecasting and planning
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on client progress, risks, and opportunities

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or client management, preferably in an international environment

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid experience in selling services and solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into growth strategies
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian
  • Experience with CRM and platform solutions
