Job Description

Job Purpose

The role supports quality validation of field data collection activities to ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. This includes validating quality alerts, resolving exceptions, and providing actionable quality insights to Field teams to continuously improve data collection performance.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Validation & Monitoring

  • Validate quality alerts, exceptions, and anomalies related to field data collection
  • Perform real-time validation actions and collaborate closely with Field teams
  • Review dashboards and quality indicators to identify gaps and risks
  • Ensure compliance with critical quality KPIs

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and deliver quality insights reports according to defined frequencies
  • Provide data-driven action points to Field teams (weekly/monthly)
  • Proactively identify market and store-level trends impacting data quality

KPI Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead action planning and resolution activities to improve KPI performance
  • Identify root causes of recurring operational and quality issues
  • Recommend improvements to quality alerts and contribute inputs for system upgrades

Field Team Collaboration & Support

  • Guide and coach Field teams to improve data collection quality and performance
  • Follow up on field visit queries and coordinate resolutions with Field teams
  • Communicate effectively through virtual and face-to-face meetings
  • Provide timely coaching to associates to enhance performance

Training & Knowledge Sharing

  • Identify training needs to support continuous process and quality improvement
  • Support team members in daily challenges, demonstrating leadership and team-player behaviors
  • Build engagement and motivation within the Field team

Role Requirements

Language & Communication

  • Proficiency in English, Kazakh, and Russian (required)
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Office; Excel – good working level)
  • Ability to probe, listen actively, anticipate issues, and recommend solutions
  • Professional maturity and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly understand new situations, tasks, and opportunities
