At Emfas, we are building the future of AI-driven product catalog management. We aim to do this by gathering a small team of exceptional individuals who are all obsessed over building an amazing product. We are now looking for a Founding GTM to play a key role in scaling this team.

We've hit product-market fit and are growing fast in the Nordics and UK. Now we need to build the engine that turns that early traction into repeatable, scalable growth. This is not a "run the playbook" role - there is no playbook yet.

You'll be our first dedicated GTM hire, owning everything from how we position and tell our story to how we generate demand and close deals. You'll work alongside our Founding Customer Lead (who owns post-sale onboarding, activation, and growth) and a GTM Associate to build Emfas's go-to-market function from scratch.

What You'll Own

Positioning and messaging

  • Define how we talk about Emfas - what we say, to whom, and where

  • Develop a deep understanding of our ICP, buying triggers, and competitive landscape

  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions for different segments

Demand generation and pipeline

  • Figure out what channels work and double down - whether that's content, events, partnerships, outbound, or something we haven't tried yet

  • Build and execute campaigns that generate qualified pipeline

  • Own the website and public-facing content as a growth lever

Sales and deal execution

  • Run the sales process from first touch to signed contract

  • Develop and iterate on sales materials, demo flows, and proposals

  • Build a repeatable sales motion that doesn't depend on the founders for every deal

Build relationships and community

  • Build genuine relationships with potential customers, partners, and industry peers - both online and in person

  • Represent Emfas at events, in communities, and in conversations that matter to our ICP

  • Develop a partner pipeline that creates mutual value, not just logos on a slide

Market expansion

  • Identify and prioritize new markets, verticals, and segments

  • Test expansion hypotheses quickly and with limited resources

  • Build the early foundations of a partner or channel strategy when the time is right

Building for scale

  • Instrument everything - build the data foundation to know what's working and what isn't

  • Create the processes and tooling that allow GTM to scale beyond yourself

  • Hire and develop the team as we grow

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have built or significantly contributed to GTM at an early-stage B2B SaaS company

  • Can context-switch between writing a landing page, running a demo, and analyzing pipeline data - all in the same day

  • Are a clear, sharp communicator - both in writing and in person

  • Think in systems and feedback loops, not one-off campaigns

  • Are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating fast

  • Have a bias for doing over planning - you ship, measure, and adjust

  • Have experience with or genuine interest in e-commerce, product data, or the broader commerce tech ecosystem

  • Want to shape a function from the ground up and see your work directly impact company trajectory

This Role Is Not

  • A pure marketing role (you'll do marketing, but you'll also sell)

  • A pure sales role (you'll sell, but you'll also build the brand and pipeline)

  • A role where you wait for leads to come in (you'll create the motion that generates them)

What Success Looks Like

  • Emfas has a clear, differentiated market position that resonates with buyers

  • Qualified pipeline grows month over month through repeatable channels

  • Deals close faster and with less founder involvement over time

  • We expand into new markets with confidence, backed by data

  • The GTM function is documented, instrumented, and ready to scale with new hires

Other

  • Location: In-person at our office in central Stockholm

  • Compensation: We provide a competitive salary + significant stock options program
