About Us

At Emfas, we are building the future of AI-driven product catalog management. We aim to do this by gathering a small team of exceptional individuals who are all obsessed over building an amazing product. We are now looking for a GTM Associate to support our go-to-market and customer efforts as we scale.

We've hit product-market fit and are growing fast in the Nordics and UK. Our Founding GTM owns positioning, demand generation, and sales. Our Founding Customer Lead owns onboarding, activation, and growth. You'll work across both - helping us move faster on everything from outreach and content to customer enablement and research. This role is available as full-time or part-time (~20 hours/week).

What You'll Do

Content and marketing

  • Write and edit marketing content - blog posts, LinkedIn, outreach, and website copy

  • Help build case studies and customer stories that show how Emfas delivers value

  • Create visual assets for campaigns, social, and events (slides, graphics, short videos)

  • Maintain and improve our website and public-facing content

  • Help plan and repurpose content across channels - turn a customer conversation into a post, a post into a slide, a slide into an ad

Support demand generation and outreach

  • Help research and identify potential customers, partners, and market opportunities

  • Assist in building and executing outbound campaigns - email sequences, social, events

  • Keep our CRM clean and up to date so we always know where things stand

  • Help distribute content and track what resonates with our audience

Help with sales execution

  • Prepare materials for demos, proposals, and sales conversations

  • Research prospects before meetings so the team walks in prepared

  • Track pipeline activity and flag deals that need attention

  • Help iterate on sales collateral based on what's working

Support customer onboarding and activation

  • Assist the Customer Lead with onboarding sessions and follow-ups

  • Help create enablement materials - short guides, walkthroughs, how-to videos

  • Monitor customer usage data to spot adoption opportunities or blockers

  • Reach out to customers proactively when new features ship

Feed insights back to the team

  • Capture patterns from prospect and customer conversations

  • Help synthesize market and competitive intelligence

  • Keep internal documentation organized and up to date

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Use AI as a natural part of how you work - whether it's creating content, researching, analyzing data, or automating repetitive tasks

  • Are a student or recent graduate, or have 0–2 years of experience in a relevant area (marketing, sales, customer success, business development, or similar)

  • Are curious about SaaS, e-commerce, or the broader commerce tech ecosystem

  • Write clearly and communicate well - you can draft a blog post or put together a short deck without much hand-holding

  • Enjoy creating content - whether that's writing, designing, or producing short videos

  • Are organized and reliable - you follow through and don't let things slip

  • Are comfortable with tools and data - you can learn a CRM, navigate a spreadsheet, and pull insights from dashboards

  • Are proactive - you look for ways to help, not just wait for tasks

  • Want to learn how a startup builds its go-to-market function from scratch

  • Are excited about getting your hands dirty across marketing, sales, and customer work rather than specializing in one lane

This Role Is Not

  • A pure admin or data entry role (you'll do some operational work, but you'll also talk to customers and prospects)

  • A role where you sit in the back - you'll be in real conversations with real customers from day one

  • A spectator seat - you'll have real ownership over your work, even as a junior team member

  • The rest of the GTM team move faster because you're handling research, prep, and follow-through

  • Emfas has a steady stream of quality content that builds credibility and drives inbound interest

  • Outbound campaigns run consistently and pipeline grows

  • Customers feel well-supported during onboarding and feature launches

  • You develop a genuine understanding of our product, our customers, and our market

  • You grow into increasing ownership as the GTM function scales

  • Location: In-person at our office in central Stockholm

  • Commitment: Full-time or part-time (~20 hours/week)

  • Compensation: Competitive salary. Full-time employees are eligible for our stock options program. Part-time roles have a strong path to full-time for the right person.
