The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our European team and lead our brand marketing initiatives across the EU region. This individual should relish the opportunity to bring to life and enhance our marketing strategies and programmes within the EU region.
It is worth noting this is a particularly exciting time to join the Coravin brand marketing team following a recent reset of global consumer marketing strategy, which will result in the development of new assets and activation programmes throughout 2025.
REPORTING TO: Senior Director of Global Marketing
SUPERVISION OF: Brand Marketing Intern - EU
Key Markets:
- France & Italy - 50%
- Wider EU Markets e.g. Spain, Germany, Nordics, Netherlands - 50%
Channel Focus:
- B2B e.g. On Premise / Wineries - 70%
- Consumer – 30%
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the execution of market specific brand plans in line with global brand and communication strategy across all relevant business channels in all key markets
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams and in-market distributors to execute high impact, cost effective B2B programmes within key markets. This includes planning, executing, and evaluating trade shows and market visits by the Coravin founder and team, ensuring activity is aligned with local business models and cultural contexts, as well as delivering against business objectives and associated KPI’s
- Identify and develop brand partnerships with key brands / industry associations as well as working with wider team to maximise impact of global brand / industry partnerships e.g., Market Specific Sommelier Associations
- Management of PR agencies as required to execute brand programmes with maximum impact driving optimal results and achieving set KPI’s. This will include planning, executing and evaluating consumer facing PR and events to a high standard
- Work with global social media team to leverage global programme in EU region
- Lead the recruitment, on-boarding and management of European Brand Marketing Intern ensuring that candidates are integrated within the team and adding value through clearly assigned projects & associated KPI’s. Note: Typical internship placements last 6-9 months
- Assist in the development of any EU specific marketing assets – e.g. photography / POSM
- Assist with translations for global assets and product packaging
- Develop and manage regional marketing budget
Skills Required:
- Understanding and experience working with all key elements of the consumer and trade marketing mix across all relevant business channels – B2B including On Premise, D2C, Wholesale & Retail
- Ability to execute marketing programs to a high standard across multiple markets, managing and adapting programs to account for local market conditions and cultural environments as required
- Outstanding communication skills – the ability to articulate yourself clearly, dynamically, and effectively both in person/virtually in writing and verbally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across diverse markets and geographies, fostering productive ways of working and effectively navigating cultural differences to align with global marketing strategies.
- Project Management skills - the ability to manage multiple project streams, prioritizing and delivering according to critical deadlines
- 3rd Party Agency Management skills – the ability to manage multiple PR agencies, including briefing, overseeing deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and driving impactful communications across diverse markets
- Detail orientated with excellent administrative, organizational, and prioritization skills; demonstrates the ability to multitask, work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Analytical and Reporting skills to ensure effective tracking of performance and on-going optimization of marketing activities
- Numeracy and budgeting skills to ensure effective budgeting and commercial reporting

Experience & Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent. A specialism in Marketing, Communications, Media or Business Studies or related fields seen as an advantage
- 5 years marketing experience with at least 2 years at brand manager level
- 2 years experience working within the drinks / hospitality industry with an understanding of on premise and retail landscapes
- 3rd party agency management experience
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office – outlook, excel, word, power point.
- Fluent in English, any other European Languages considered a definite advantage
- Right to work in NL with relevant resident/work permit or visa
