The Opportunity: We are recruiting for a Brand Manager to assist with the execution of global marketing plans in the US.
Line Manager: US Marketing Manager. Dotted line to Senior Director of Global Marketing for responsibilities related to Product Marketing.
Responsibilities:
US Market
- Assist with development and lead the execution of US market specific brand plans in line with global brand and communication strategy across all relevant business channels in all key markets
- Work closely with the US Marketing Manager, and cross-functionally with the sales and global marketing teams and in market distributors to assist with the execution of high impact, cost effective Consumer & B2B programs within the US
- Assist with the execution of US PR agency programs, trade & consumer facing events and social media activities
- Work closely with the US design team to assist with the creation of new global brand assets, including sourcing props, locations and talent as well as attending US based photoshoots
- Assist with reporting & budget management for US region
Product Marketing:
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Director and Engineering teams to execute Product Marketing projects, including packaging optimisation and NPD to a high standard across all global markets, as well as on-going management of trademark database
- Work closely with Marketing Director and Design team to ensure all packaging and inserts are consistent and in line with brand identity and core values, as well as meeting consumer / trade educational needs and market trends
Skills Required:
- Fluent in English
- Brand Marketing skills: Basic understanding of the consumer and wine trade marketing mix across both B2B and D2C channels
- Product marketing skills: Experience in new product development and packaging design projects, with a particular strength in packaging development in adherence with design principles as well as regulatory and sustainable practices
- Communications skills: The ability to build strong and efficient working relationships internally and lead / work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring delivery on time and within scope to drive optimal results
- Design skills: The ability to use basic design packages to create simple local marketing assets
- Analytical and numeracy skills to assist with effective reporting and budget management
- Basic understanding of the US three tier system

Experience & Requirements:
- Educated to degree level with minimum 4 years in marketing roles, with a of minimum 2 years focused on product marketing
- Experience working within the drinks / hospitality industry with an understanding of on premise and retail landscape
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office – outlook, excel, word, power point.
