The Opportunity
Coravin is hiring an Operations Coordinator, based in NSW, Australia to work on our International Supply Chain Team. This role will report to and assist the Director of Supply Chain - International (based in London, UK) in all areas of inventory, supply chain, and warehousing activities. The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day activities for Coravin’s International Entity. If you are passionate about developing/improving processes, executing flawlessly, having a hand in every aspect of the business, and doing so with great management visibility, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Control – Know what we have, how much we have, and how it is configured
- the product kitting process with the local warehouse
- a close relationship with the 3PL warehouse and look for collaborative ways to improve processes and efficiency
- reconciliations between 3PL WMS and internal ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP)
- of inbound/outbound shipments as necessary
- manage outbound orders with our delivery partner, proactively dealing with any orders in exception to ensure successful delivery
- with warehouse, accounting and customer service teams to ensure returns are processed timely and accurately
- the primary point of contact locally for the sales team and warehouse
- with internal SKU setup process across systems
- analyse, and communicate daily inventory reports to internal parties
- reports, research, and analysis as required
- entry and sales support, assisting with customer queries documentation and customs where applicable
- the Global Ops/Supply Chain team during peak periods / vacations
- evaluate, identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience

- attitude and energy with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- strong analytical and/or creative skills.
- of wine and interest in the wine industry is a definite plus.
Experience & Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years experience in a supply chain/operations role
- experience within a start-up or consumer products business an advantage
- in dealing with customs is an advantage
- in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- fluent in English
- experience with accounting/ERP systems is preferred (Microsoft Dynamics GP)
- domestic travel may be required
- right to work/Work permit/Visa
