The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven digital marketing intern with strong creative skills who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a creative spirit to our digital team and cope with responsibilities from day one. As a digital marketing intern, you will be responsible for advertising campaigns in the Meta Ads platform, you will overview the sourcing of the assets and creatives needed for those campaigns together with our creative team and create / shoot part of the content (imagery and video) yourself. The role reports to the Senior Digital Growth Manager and works closely with all international functions: brand marketing, growth marketing, and digital ecommerce teams.


  • Creation and management of Meta Ads’ campaigns. This includes creating the campaigns, evaluate audiences, upload creatives and ad copy, and post-campaign analysis to understand where we can improve.
  • Co-work together with the digital and creative team on the sourcing and editing of the assets needed for the Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Create / shoot content (images and/or videos) to support the previous responsibility.
  • Assist with content localization and translations.
  • Build landing pages (with drag & drop tool, no code knowledge required) to enhance digital journey from users coming from ads.
  • Analyse the performance of our marketing efforts and campaigns with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads’ platform and MS Excel.
  • Learn a skill that will last you a lifetime – get to know more about the world of wine.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Enrolled at a University for the duration of the internship in a relevant field of study e.g. Marketing, Communication, Media, Business or other.
  • Available from September for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Fluent in English (if you have other language skills e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, German then that is a bonus).
  • Passionate about Social Media platforms, content creation and digital tools.
  • Some knowledge/experience of photo shooting and videography.
  • Bonus: You have at least 1 previous intern or work experience in marketing or another relevant field.
  • Bonus: You are comfortable with data and analytics.
  • Bonus: You have a good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Bonus: Skilled with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator etc.
  • Right to work/Work permit/Visa

Further Details

  • Start date: August/September 2024.
  • Location: Amsterdam (hybrid working), ability to travel to Central Amsterdam.
  • Compensation: €500 monthly.
  • Process Step: Due to the content creation skill needed, we ask you to share a google drive link (ensuring general access as “Anyone with the link”) with 5 creative assets (images, videos, IG post, IG reel, project from studies, lifestyle photo, poster, any sort of advertisement etc...) that best represents your work and level of expertise.
