Responsibilities:

• Act as front-line support to Coravin’s customers by providing excellent customer service, always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

• Interact with customers to identify and solve issues, questions about their account, or other inquiries about our products, services, and policies.

• Assist customers on placement of orders (including special orders), refunds, or exchanges.

• Drive Brand loyalty through expert knowledge in Coravin systems and products, provide recommendations to benefit the customer.

• Identify the appropriate strategy and response to resolve customer issues as quickly as possible with the best outcome.

• Update CRM with accurate information, keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and issues.

• Regular communication with internal team members in Sales, Finance and Operations to address customer needs and update orders as necessary.

• Liaise with 3rd party Warehouse to request quotes, place/chase orders, coordinate delivery/collections.

• Continually evaluate, identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and drive process improvements that positively impact customer experience.

• Maintain a balance between customer benefit and company policy in decision making.

• Escalate and refer complex issues and/or questions to managers as necessary.

  • Project work and analysis on best practice, ways or working, processes and improvement recommendations

  • Love of wine and interest in the wine industry is a plus.

Experience & Requirements:

  • You will be enrolled throughout the entire duration of the internship in a relevant field of study (e.g. Business Management or similar)
  • You are able to commit to a 4 – 6 month internship program
  • You are eager to learn, gain hands-on experience and accept feedback from team members
  • You have experience using Microsoft Office – outlook, excel, word, powerpoint.
  • You have gained some work experience – summer work, weekend, voluntary etc.
  • Start date: September/October.
  • Location: Amsterdam (preferably) / the Netherlands
  • Compensation: €500 monthly
