This is not a typical success role: A 360° opportunity to partner with clients and guide their AI transformation. Go deep into clients' business strategy and help them leverage our platform to transform operations, working closely with the founders at the intersection of strategy, business transformation, and the latest AI technology.Key responsibilities:- Strategic onboarding: Lead strategic immersion for rapid, impact-oriented platform mastery- Advanced AI consulting: Design and implement high-performance AI agent workflows- Partnership & relationships: Build trust with proactive, rigorous follow-up; be their strategic contact- Voice of the customer: Bridge clients and technical team; qualify feedback; collaborate with developers- Innovation ambassador: Introduce new features, share best practices, ensure full platform value- Strategic opportunity detection: Identify future needs, uncover upsell, influence the roadmapProfile we're looking for: Obsession for client transformation; deep affinity for tech & AI; exceptional communication; data-driven and organized; entrepreneurial; Master's degree (Business, Engineering, or related); bilingual EN/FR; 3+ years in CS/Consulting/TPM in B2B SaaS; hands-on CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce); foundational LLMs/agents knowledge is a plus.What Cominty offers: High-impact role; direct founder collaboration; rapid career growth; modern work environment (2–4 days remote/week); attractive compensation.Interview process: Apply (hello@cominty.ai) → Intro call (with CSO/Cofounder) → Use cases (practical exercise) → Final chat (with the CEO).
