About Carbon Maps
At Carbon Maps, we’re building a sustainability intelligence platform that responds to the biggest climate-related challenges within the Food Industry. Founded in late 2022, we’re a growing team of 20 individuals all highly experienced in climate, agri-food, engineering and tech. We are backed by leading European VCs Breega, daphni and Samaipata.
About the role
As a Content Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with Ina, our Brand Content Manager, to engage our target audiences by delivering compelling content at every stage of their buyer’s journey. This is an exciting and well-rounded opportunity to learn operational content marketing skills by directly contributing to a fast-growing startup while making a positive impact on sustainability.
We’re looking for someone with initial experience in crafting long-form web content, who enjoys breaking down complex topics and transforming them into compelling formats like blog articles, case studies, and social media posts.
Your profile
You’re a student pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level).
You possess excellent written communication skills, with native-level proficiency in English
You have a strong interest in content marketing for B2B audiences, with a focus on sustainability and tech.
You’re familiar with SEO best practices and interested in keyword and audience research.
You’re organized, adaptable and take ownership of assigned tasks.
You’re based in the Paris region.
Responsibilities
Support in writing, publishing, and distributing long-form content (blog posts and case studies) across Carbon Maps’ channels, maintaining a consistent publishing schedule.
Collaborate with the Brand Content Manager to plan and organize Carbon Maps’ content calendar.
Assist in producing expert content, such as white papers and webinars.
Nice to have
Previous internship in content marketing or experience in freelance writing (added bonus if in climate tech!)
Professional proficiency in French
Familiarity with Webflow, Canva, HubSpot and LinkedIn
A basic understanding of Scope 3 emissions and sustainability challenges in the food industry
