THE ROLE

Badge is the infrastructure layer for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, giving enterprise brands a single way to build dynamic, real-time wallet experiences across identity, access, loyalty, and commerce. We’re hiring a VP of Product Marketing to define the category and build the system that makes Badge the obvious choice. This is a builder role. You’ll work directly with our CEO, Head of Product, and VP of Growth Marketing to shape how the market understands wallet infrastructure and why Badge wins. This role sits at the center of product, revenue, and narrative. The PMM-Product partnership here is as consequential as the PMM-Marketing partnership. You won’t just translate product. You’ll help shape how it is understood, packaged, and brought to market.

Growth owns demand generation, including campaigns, pipeline creation, and marketing operations. You own the strategic layer that makes those efforts effective:


  • positioning and messaging
  • category development
  • sales enablement and collateral
  • content and market education
  • product launches
  • website and SEO/AEO strategy



This is not a service function. It is a seat-at-the-table role with direct influence on product direction, revenue outcomes, and how Badge is understood in the market

What You'll Own
Sales Enablement

Build the narratives, assets, and decision support that help enterprise buyers understand, trust, and adopt Badge. You will:


  • create and evolve pitch decks, vertical one-pagers, case studies, executive summaries, competitive battlecards, ROI frameworks, and objection-handling guides
  • define how Badge shows up across segments, translating narrative into vertical- and buyer-specific positioning with a clear right to win
  • design assets in Pitch, Figma, and Badge’s Revenue OS as modular systems sales can tailor
  • stay close to the deal cycle by observing calls, identifying objections, and refining materials that move the pipeline



Content & Market Education

Own the content engine that educates the market and sharpens Badge’s point of view. You will:


  • own the editorial and content calendar
  • write LinkedIn posts, blog posts, and thought leadership
  • create campaign and nurture content
  • translate product updates into clear narratives
  • repurpose insights across channels
  • make Badge the clearest, most credible voice in an emerging category



Product Launches

Own go-to-market for new features and products. You will:


  • develop positioning and messaging
  • create launch assets and enablement
  • coordinate across product, sales, and marketing
  • ensure launches drive comprehension, adoption, and pipeline



Partner & Customer Storytelling

Badge’s ecosystem is a critical part of growth. You will:


  • build joint narratives with partners
  • develop partner enablement materials
  • turn customer wins into case studies and reference stories
  • support coordinated announcements and co-marketing



Design & Web

You are comfortable shipping visual work and web content directly. You will:


  • partner with design to create scalable asset systems
  • create wallet pass mockups for deals
  • build and maintain pages in Webflow
  • maintain visual consistency across assets You don’t wait for design resources to move work forward



Marketing Systems & AI

Badge is building Revenue OS, an AI-powered operating system for the revenue organization. You will design the marketing intelligence layer inside that system. You’ll own:


  • Brand Knowledge Base, the source of truth for positioning, messaging, and voice
  • AI PMM Module, prompt systems that generate marketing content
  • Deck Generator, templates for high-quality personalized sales decks You will:
  • define requirements with product and engineering
  • tune prompts and workflows
  • maintain brand consistency
  • improve output quality over time



Your goal is to build systems where marketing output improves with use

Who You Are

  • writing positioning
  • designing assets
  • building workflows
  • collaborating with product and sales You identify the right problems and build systems that solve them



MUST HAVES


  • 7+ years in product marketing or related roles in enterprise SaaS
  • experience marketing technical products to enterprise buyers
  • ability to communicate to both business and technical audiences
  • exceptional writing ability
  • systems thinking and workflow design
  • comfort with AI tools, APIs, scripts, and prompts
  • experience building AI-driven marketing workflows
  • proficiency in Claude and ChatGPT
  • working knowledge of Figma and Webflow
  • experience building modular marketing systems
  • experience working with product and engineering
  • experience partnering with sales
  • track record of tying marketing to pipeline outcomes
  • ability to operate independently



NICE TO HAVES


  • experience in fintech, payments, loyalty, wallets, or identity

WHY BADGE

We’ve raised $17.1M from TTV Capital, Stripe, QED Investors, Synchrony Ventures, and Infinity Ventures. More people use Apple Wallet and Google Wallet than TikTok, yet most companies still treat wallets as an afterthought. That is changing. Wallets are becoming the interface where digital systems meet the physical world across identity, access, payments, loyalty, tickets, and credentials. As AI agents become more capable in real-world workflows, they will need infrastructure that operates in these environments reliably. Badge is building that infrastructure layer. Through a single API, companies can create and manage wallet experiences across the full lifecycle, from issuance and personalization to orchestration and engagement. The category is unclaimed, and the playbook does not exist yet. You will define how this category is understood and build the system that makes Badge the company the market associates with it first.
