We are looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager/Builder Intern to join our Content and Lifecycle teams.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our app and web experience, ensuring a personalized and delightful experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, localization, engineering, marketing, and content, to drive impactful product initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, localization, engineering, marketing, and content, to drive impactful product initiatives.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇
- Support Product Development: Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from problem identification and user research to ideation, design, development, and launch.
- Delivery Management: Write detailed specifications and user stories, oversee the implementation of features with engineers and perform quality assurance (QA).
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with design, content, localisation and marketing teams (merchandising, CRM, Brand, Studio, Content) to coordinate content production and activation ensuring that our features integrate seamlessly into the Back Market experience and add value to users.
- Product Building: Assist in activating product and marketing strategies into Braze and Contentful to enhance our app and web experience using low-code solutions.
- Monitor performances: Set up and monitor A/B tests to ensure optimal performance and user engagement.
- Roadmap and Strategy: Together with the Product Manager, help define the product roadmap based on data and user research. Use your analytical skills to approach problems methodically and state your assumptions clearly.
- Contentful: For content management and delivery.
- Braze: For customer engagement and messaging.
- Amplitude: For product analytics and insights.
- You are curious about technical topics and have basic analytical skills.
- You have an interest in product management and digital marketing and always put the user at the center of your thoughts.
- You possess effective and precise communication skills.
- You are rigorous, humble, curious, and proactive.
- Team spirit is essential for you.
- You are fluent in English, as we are an international team (MANDATORY).
- Big plus if you are already familiar with Agile concepts and low-code & CMS platforms.
- You are looking for a 5-6 month full-time (35H/week internship starting January/February 2025 based in Bordeaux, France
- You are enrolled in a French school that will provide an internship agreement.
