We are hiring a working student (12 hours per week - starting on September) in office management and event support. who will bring the Berlin office to life with events and smooth day-to-day functioning !

Reporting to Caroline, Senior lead Office Manager, this person will be responsible for both office administration (supplies, visitors, maintenance) and culture initiatives (awesome events in and around the office, activities, and other employee offerings).

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Office Management
  • Ensure a positive experience for guests and Back Makers by managing the office space
  • Coordinate with external suppliers (deliveries, post office).Provide administrative support for various processes
  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient work environment (e.g., organizing kitchen, storage areas, meeting rooms)
  • Order snacks and drinks for the office.
  • Management of office relocation planned for early 2025 (coworking visits, move & equipment management, liaison with IT)
  • Event support
  • Strategically organize internal events and activities, in-person, to promote team cohesion, celebrate diversity, and enhance employee engagement, actively encouraging participation and feedback from all team members.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in hotel management, event management, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust naturally.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in event hosting, office management, customer service, or similar areas is a plus.
  • Creative mind, ready to bring our Berlin office to life.
