About the role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Paid Search Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing one of the largest Paid Search budgets in France and is integral to our marketing strategy across 18 markets (within the EU, US, and APAC). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, particularly in feed-based campaign types, and a strong understanding of data and automation. This is an exhilarating opportunity for someone who thrives on making impactful improvements, running ambitious geo-experiment programs, and leveraging automation.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on feed-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop projects that will increase efficiency.
  • Lead and execute ambitious geo-experiment programs to test and scale successful initiatives.
  • Create automation tools and scripts to streamline processes and enhance campaign roll-out for Google ads and other channels.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • At least 3 years of full-time experience working with Google Ads.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, feed-based Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with a computer language that can be used to create basic automation tools, and technical enough to communicate effectively with developers to create more complex tools.
  • Passion for search engine marketing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with other marketing channels is a plus (social ads, mobile advertising, affiliation, video)
