The Customer Experience team aims to create a personalised & trusted relationship with users through their customer journey, by curating tailored experiences and guiding them with relevant content across our owned channels (Merch & CRM), in order to boost engagement and become the destination to buy, sell or recycle electronics devices.

As a Customer experience apprentice, you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on ad-hoc campaigns on all markets we operate: France, USA, UK, Spain, Germany and Japan. CRM is responsible for delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right moment, through different channels like emails, push notifications and in-apps.

Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🚀

  • Support the creation of the CRM animation plan in accordance with the objectives for the markets.
  • Support the campaign creation effort in our CRM tool Braze, working closely with our brand managers and copywriters.
  • Help to implement campaigns on various CRM channels (email, push notifications, in-app).
  • Analyze our campaign's results and provide recommendations to the team.
  • Support the evolution of our transversal projects (lifecycle email optimizations).

You’re At The Right Place If: ⭐

  • Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship
  • English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak Spanish or German, bonus points for you!
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are creative, you have an experimentation and testing mindset
  • You can work independently and takes initiative in projects
  • You have a previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM
  • If you have basic html knowledge and you’ve already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus!

About the Apprenticeship: 📜

  • Starting date is from September, 2024.
  • Duration: 12 months.
  • Location: Paris, France.
  • You must be enrolled in a work-study program (formation en alternance) with a French school.
