We are offering an exceptional career opportunity to join our System and Payroll team in Paris or Bordeaux. We have an ambitious roadmap involving automating the people operations (e.g. contracts preparation, onboarding and offboarding…) while expanding our in-house payroll expertise. We are looking for someone with a forward-thinking mindset and a taste for leveraging technology to achieve this roadmap and globally streamline HR functions.

As a Payroll and Ops automation Specialist, reporting to the Lead System and Payroll, you will be in charge of the automation of the people operations and of the preparation payroll for both French employees and international employees.


  • Automation of People Operations:
  • Centralise the preparation of all the legal documents needed by the HR Team (e.g. mainly HR Business Partners and Recruiters) with the help of your team and get it prepared in due time.
  • Get hands on the automation to streamline the preparation of these documents.
  • Seek all opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Smooth and friendly management of Payroll:
  • Deliver the accurate payroll run for your scope for all our regions (e.g. France, Europe, UK, Japan or HK…).
  • Managing all the payroll and benefit impacts throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding in your scope.
  • Engage with our external payroll, benefits providers and local administration when needed.
  • Leverage on the capabilities of our tools stack including ADP Decidium for France and Papaya Global for the rest of the world.
  • Ensure that employees get a swift and friendly assistance meaning: answering questions, resolving issues, communicating changes proactively with a positive mindset and touch of humour when appropriate.


  • You are bilingual in french and fluent in english
  • You are enthusiastic and eager to opening yourself to a new level of expertise
  • You have graduated from a master degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance
  • You already have a previous experience within a payroll or people operation team at least as an intern or apprentice
  • A knowledge of ADP Decidium and/or Papaya Global is a plus.
  • A previous experience in automation of administrative tasks is also a plus.
  • You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment.
  • You have great communication skills.
  • Excel/Gsheet is your best friend (or at least a very close relative).
  • You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy.
